Our Fulfilment Product for Tailor-Made Supply Chain

The ALEX Fulfilment hub has 25,000 square feet of warehouse space, and more than 2,000 pallet positions. It is a temperature controlled facility with a temperature range between +18 to +25 degree Celsius at all times. The hub is strategically located at Loyang Way, 8km away from Singapore Changi International Airport. This close proximity enables efficiency in transporting of cargo between the airport and warehouse.

We specialise in the storage of healthcare and medical devices, and our staff are also GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) audit-trained. We place a high regard for safety and security and our warehouse is monitored by CCTVs to ensure a safe and secure storage space for our customers.

We also operate a van and truck fleet and we work with businesses to fulfil the last mile of reaching customers’ doorsteps. The ALEX Fulfilment Hub also acts as a consolidation point by providing a Hub & Spoke service for medical deliveries including medication requiring cool chain temperatures throughout the delivery process.
