Our recent Alliance 21 Leadership Retreat in Bali was a meaningful opportunity to step back, reflect, and reconnect—not just with our purpose, but with one another. Bringing together leaders from across our international offices, the retreat served as a powerful reminder of the strength of our collective team and the value of coming together in person.

This year’s retreat took a more personal focus. Under the guidance of our CEO, we reflected deeply on our own leadership roles, aligning our individual goals with the company’s broader vision. As we realigned on strategic priorities, we also challenged ourselves to think critically: Rethinking Our Role in the Bigger Picture.
