Alliance 21 Cross-Border Fulfilment, powered by ALEX, connects your inventory in Singapore to customers around the region through one coordinated flow. We receive and store goods—bonded or standard—then orchestrate orders, export documentation, international line-haul, destination clearance, and last-mile delivery as a single service. The result is shorter time-to-door, predictable costs, and full milestone visibility from checkout to delivery.
How It Works
Onboarding & integration. We align SKUs, packaging rules, and service levels, then connect your store/OMS to ALEX for automated order ingest and inventory sync.
Inbound & storage. Goods are put away in bonded or non-bonded locations; lot, expiry, and serial tracking are available where needed.
Order release & duties. We verify restrictions, prepare commercial data, and determine duties and taxes per your chosen Incoterms® (DAP/DDP, where permitted).
Pick, pack & export docs. Orders are picked to SLA, packed to destination requirements, and paired with compliant labels and export documents.
Line-haul & clearance. We route via air, sea-air, or road and coordinate customs formalities with authorised partners, keeping you informed at each milestone.
Last-mile & returns. Parcels enter local delivery networks for doorstep handover. Returns loop back for inspection, refurbishment, or restock according to your policy.

Compliance by Design
We prepare customs-ready data, support HS classification and restriction checks, and align documents to local rules. Where required, we coordinate with authorised Importer/Exporter of Record (IOR/EOR) partners. Temperature-sensitive, high-value, and regulated products follow specific handling notes with audit-ready trails.
For Your Customers
We can add country-specific inserts, branded packaging, or kitting to elevate the unboxing while meeting local requirements. Service levels—from express to economy—are configurable per market, with clear delivery communications to reduce “where is my order” contacts.
