Planning and Dispatch
Performance begins before the van rolls. We validate addresses, time windows, building access notes, and special handling requirements, then schedule pick-ups and consolidate routes to protect cut-offs. For brands offering appointment delivery, we assign compatible slots and notify recipients in advance. If volumes surge or weather disrupts the plan, our control team re-sequences stops and communicates revised ETAs to keep expectations clear.
Delivery Experience
The handover reflects your brand. Drivers receive precise instructions—from leave-at-door preferences and concierge procedures to verification steps for restricted products—ensuring a smooth, respectful delivery. Bulky items are handled with care; high-value parcels follow enhanced custody protocols; temperature-sensitive goods are briefed with SOP-aligned handling notes. The goal is consistent: first-attempt success without friction.
Visibility and Proof
Transparency is built into the flow. You and your customers receive milestone updates from “out for delivery” to “delivered,” supported by proof of delivery such as photo capture and e-signature where applicable. Exceptions—no-one-home, access issues, or policy-driven refusals—generate immediate notes so your support team can act while the driver is still nearby.
Exceptions, Returns, and Exchanges
Plans change—and we’re ready. If a stop fails, we follow your instructions: re-attempt within the window, redirect to a pickup point, or return to our facility. Compliance and Safety
Our last-mile operations follow all applicable regulations for goods in transit, as well as local building and community rules encountered en route.
