Marine & Ship Spares: From runway to gangway—fast, compliant, and fully traceable.
Overview
When a vessel is waiting on parts, every hour matters. Alliance 21 coordinates the full chain for marine and ship spares into Singapore: inbound by air or sea, FTZ handling, permit formalities, port access, and secure handover at berth or designated anchorage. By planning the lane, sequencing documents, and aligning resources ahead of arrival, we shorten dwell and keep your vessel—or your customer’s—on schedule. Singapore’s free-trade-zone framework also supports rapid transhipment and short-term storage for through cargo, helping spares move quickly between modes where eligible.
Air-to-Ship, End-to-End
Urgent spares typically arrive by air. We receive in the airport FTZ, arrange the appropriate declaration (including transhipment where applicable), and coordinate secure release for direct transfer to port. As a general rule, transhipment cargo is not subject to duty/GST; if goods enter home use or are installed locally, GST and the correct permits apply—we confirm treatment per shipment under prevailing regulations.
At Berth or Anchorage—Done Right
On the waterside we operate within Singapore’s port and security framework: deliveries at ISPS-compliant facilities and designated anchorages under local authority rules. We follow port user-pass and safety conditions and avoid movements outside authorised piers and places, completing the handover quickly, safely, and by the book.
Visibility, Proof & Exceptions
You receive a clean milestone trail from arrival to on-board receipt—airport receipt, port transfer, launch/terminal handover, and signed delivery on vessel. If a window or tide changes, we re-plan and share a revised ETA so crews and planners can adjust.
Returns, Repairs & Special Cases
Where defective parts must be returned for repair or analysis, we can arrange temporary import or qualifying regimes (as applicable), manage export paperwork, and re-deliver on completion—with auditable records throughout.
