Management Trainee

MAIN PURPOSE

The Management Trainee provides strategic support in deployed departments across the Group of Companies such as Operations, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Human Capital, and Sales / Business Development for 18 to 24 months, learning about business operations and eventually specialize in a particular area depending on interest and organizational needs.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide operational and administrative support to the management and/or HODs in the deployed departments.
• To represent the company at corporate events and trade shows.
• To update manuals and documentation such as SOPs.
• To participate in strategic planning and implementation of policies and assist management with the implementation of new policies.
• To assist in company digitization efforts and IT administration.
• To organize and participate in company internal events and programmes.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations, including adhoc deployment for projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferable to have at least three (3) – five (5) years of working experience in sales, operations, or information technology.
• Willingness to be rotated between various departments and positions for career progression including business development.
• Minimum diploma
• Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
