We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to lead freight operations and drive business growth in the Project Cargo Logistics sector. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strong client engagement skills, and a hunter mentality. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and orchestrating logistics solutions that meet complex supply chain needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive freight operations and business development for project cargo logistics.
  • Achieve revenue targets and acquire new and potential accounts.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with clients to ensure ongoing participation and satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing clientele while actively hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Lead customer presentations and proposals with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Share market intelligence on customer needs and competitor developments with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of sales best practices and strategic account management.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and follow up on shipments to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong hunter acumen and proactive sales approach.
    • Solid understanding of supply chain operations and ability to align solutions with business offerings.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
